1 Eligibility

The renter must be at least 18 years old.
A valid Driving License is mandatory for all rentals.
A valid government-issued ID proof may be required during booking.

2 Booking & Payment

Full or partial payment may be required to confirm the booking.
Rental charges are calculated according to the selected rental plan.
Security deposit must be paid before vehicle handover.

3 Vehicle Usage

The rented bike must be used responsibly and only for lawful purposes.
The vehicle must not be used for racing, stunts, illegal activities, or commercial purposes without prior approval.
The renter is responsible for following all traffic rules and regulations.

4 Fuel Policy

The bike will be provided with the available fuel level and should be returned with the same fuel level unless otherwise agreed.

5 Daily Kilometer Limit

Each rental includes a maximum allowance of 100 km per day.
If the daily limit of 100 km is exceeded, additional charges per extra kilometer will apply as per the applicable rate.

6 Outstation Travel

Bikes are permitted for use within Ahmedabad city.
Travel outside Ahmedabad city is allowed only up to 15 km beyond the city limits.
Taking the bike beyond the permitted 15 km limit without prior approval from City Bike On Rent is strictly prohibited and may result in additional charges, penalties, or termination of the rental agreement.

7 Vehicle Return

The bike must be returned on or before the agreed return time.
Late returns may attract additional rental charges.
The bike should be returned in the same condition in which it was provided.

8 Damage & Accident

The renter is responsible for any damage caused during the rental period.
In case of an accident, the customer must immediately inform City Bike On Rent.
Repair costs due to negligence or misuse may be charged to the renter.

9 Traffic Fines

Any traffic challans, parking fines, or legal penalties incurred during the rental period shall be the sole responsibility of the renter.

10 Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation and refund eligibility will depend on the booking status and company policy.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original payment method.

11 Prohibited Activities

No riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
No sub-renting or transferring the bike to another person.
No unauthorized modifications to the vehicle.

12 Liability

City Bike On Rent shall not be responsible for any personal injury, loss of belongings, delay, or indirect damages arising from the use of the rented vehicle, except where required by applicable law.

13 Privacy

Customer information will only be used for booking, verification, customer support, and legal compliance. Personal information will not be shared with third parties except where required by law.

14 Changes to Terms

City Bike On Rent reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Drink & Drive Policy

Drink & Drive is strictly prohibited. Riding a rented bike under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any intoxicating substance is not allowed under any circumstances. If the customer is found violating this rule, City Bike On Rent reserves the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement without any refund. The customer will be solely responsible for any fines, legal action, accidents, injuries, or damages arising from such conduct.
