City Bike On Rent reserves the right to cancel a booking due to vehicle unavailability, maintenance, incorrect booking details, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, any eligible payment will be refunded.
If a security deposit is collected, it will be refunded after the bike is returned and inspected, provided there are no outstanding dues, damages, traffic fines, or policy violations.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original payment method.
